Extra EU shipments
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers residing outside the European Community (extra EU) will be paid by the recipient and will be requested by the forwarder during delivery of the goods. In the event of non-delivery due to refusal of the customs duties (local VAT and any duties) requested by the importing country, any expense incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
