The ENERGY SPECIAL bar is recommended to provide energy before and during training.

Before physical activity:
Take 1 ENERGY bar approximately 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanied by approximately a glass of water.

During physical activity:
Long-term commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of approximately 1.5-2 hours in the first part of the race or training session, followed by water or Performance Sete.
Medium-duration commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar approximately halfway through training or competition, followed by water or Performance Sete.
