Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA = Branched Chain Amino Acids) are essential in human nutrition, represent an important fraction of muscle tissue and are useful in the athlete's diet. Peptides are small chains of amino acids that are often faster to assimilate than the amino acids themselves. The Ramtech BCAA 4:1:1 product provides branched chain amino acids, beta-Alanine and B vitamins. Vitamins B6 and B1 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. The Zinc present contributes to normal protein synthesis. The presence of PepForm - Leucine Peptides - completes the formulation and allows for effective assimilation of leucine. The product is useful for those who carry out intense activities. It does not contain gluten (Gluten Free), therefore it is also suitable for subjects with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Indications: Branched chain amino acids are useful for integrating the athlete's diet.
It is recommended to take the product away from meals.
Pre-exercise use (anti-catabolic and muscle acidosis counteracting purpose): approximately 2 hours before the start of training.
Post-exercise use (nourish the muscle and fight free radicals): approximately 1 hour after the end of training or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is most efficient.
The maximum permitted dosage is 5 tablets per day.
