CHARACTERISTICS

The bars of the ENERGY line are designed for those who practice sports. EthicSport Energy is an energy food with sequential absorption carbohydrates from cereals and dried fruit. The particular formulation of this product provides energy quickly and in a prolonged manner. It is recommended in particular for endurance sports but responds perfectly to the needs of all sports. It is prepared without preservatives and colorants, is particularly digestible and easy to chew.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before physical activity: take 1 ENERGY bar approximately 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanied by approximately one glass of water.
During physical activity:

- Long-term commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of approximately 1.5-2 hours in the first part of the race or training session, followed by water or Performance Sete.
- Medium-duration commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar approximately halfway through training or competition, followed by water or Performance Sete.
